1. All MTL Photography production shoots are arranged under the following conditions. When applying for the production, the performer undertakes to accept these conditions.
2. A written agreement will be drawn up regarding the shoots, masking, fees, and use and distribution of the recorded material. The contract requires the performer to verify their identity with a valid ID, passport, and/or driver's license. Publishing rights are agreed upon in the annexes of the agreement. It is not possible to sign the contract without identity documents, and without the contract, the shoots will not be arranged.
3. The shoot is organized professionally in a studio or another suitable location (e.g., outside in the summer or in a space rented for that purpose).
4. The applicant is required to manage and handle the registration for filming and applying for the production in a factual manner and according to the instructions. The performer is required to maintain a professional attitude during the recording of the video. The performer should aim for the best performance, regardless of personal reasons for participating in the shoots.
5. The performer may be required to trim their pubic hair and shave the hair from the shaft of the penis, testicles, and buttocks for the shoots. The performer is advised to leave the evaluation and execution of these measures to the production team.
6. In the shoots, the performer is almost always naked. It is not possible to perform in women's clothes, high heels, feminine make-up, or wigs. The performer is not allowed to use nail polish, necklaces, rings, or their own rubber, leather, or other fetish clothes, toys, or other equipment during the shoots.
7. The use of intoxicants, illegal drugs, or alkyl nitrites (so-called poppers) is not permitted during filming or during possible accommodation. Studio and accommodation facilities are smoke-free. Smoking or vaping is permitted outdoors, away from doors and open windows.
8. All pre-arranged actions to be performed on the performer during the shoot are primarily carried out under the conditions of the shoot. If necessary, the performer will guide the execution of the actions with safe words.
9. The performer can pause or interrupt the recording, if necessary, with their personal safe word.
10. To perform anal options, the performer is required to have an enema (flushing his rectum) before filming and, if necessary, during breaks. The performer can request guidance or assistance in carrying out all preparatory measures.
11. A performer who has not previously appeared in a published adult entertainment film or does not work as a verifiable striptease performer or in an escort service will have their first shooting considered an audition (test shoot). If the performer works as an escort without an agency, it is not considered performance experience.
12. A fee can only be paid for an audition to a performer who has demonstrable previous work experience, provided that they actively perform in the production with their face visible and grant broad publication permissions for the recorded material. In addition to the fee, the performer's travel expenses will be reimbursed, and a tax-free daily allowance will be paid.
13. A performer who has no previous experience or is unable to reliably prove their experience can only be paid travel and daily allowances for audition filming if they perform actively or passively with their face visible and grant extensive publication permissions for the filmed material.
14. Fees will not be paid if the performer is unable to fulfill the obligations defined in the written contract, such as when the performer does not follow instructions, behaves unprofessionally during filming, appears drunk or under the influence of substances, or is unable to deliver the minimum "cum shots" specified for the shoots or ejaculates prematurely without warning.
15. For all published video material and their sales (downloads) and rentals (streaming), the performer is paid a percentage royalty monthly, in three-month periods, semi-annually, or annually as long as the video is in paid distribution and generates income credited to the photographer. Royalties are not paid if the performer has been paid a salary for the filming.
16. For a performer coming from a longer distance, accommodation can be arranged in the studio premises, if necessary, according to the agreement.
17. Meals can be organized to a limited extent on shooting days and when the performer is accommodated in the studio. The organization of food service affects the daily allowance to be paid.
18. All video material containing the minimum number of cum shots will be published at least in the EU from a portal valid in the region.
19. When video material is published internationally, information about the performer can be registered and handed over to the portal according to the conditions defined by the publishing platform.
20. The performer receives copies of the published video and images for their private use after publication.
21. In concept production shoots, the concept itself is not open to changes.
22. During filming, masking is primarily followed according to the minimum method chosen in the performer's application and secondarily by the method chosen by the photographer.
23. Private sessions without any recording can be arranged on a limited basis and for a fee. All private session inquiries should be sent by email to grande.bordello.tmi(a)gmail.com with the reference "private session request.”
24. It is also possible to buy a role in the shoots, in which case the performer produces the video themselves. The producer is responsible for all production costs, which are affected by factors such as the separately negotiated content, possible other performers, copyrights, productization, and distribution permits. All inquiries and negotiations should be sent by email to grande.bordello.tmi(a)gmail.com with the reference "producer role request.”
25. So-called shooting practice sessions without cameras are possible only for performers who have worked with me before.
26. Inappropriate emails and other messages or applications received with insufficient information will not be processed. If you haven't received a reply to your message, please check your junk mail folder first. Also check if all required information was included in your original message and complete it if necessary.
27. If you feel that these conditions are too complicated for you or you cannot handle them, you will not suitable as a performer for MTL Photography productions.
