Background information: Aborting and cancellation of the shoots

The shoots may be aborted by the request of an actor, or due to the fact that the actor does not get an erection or he cannot ejaculate or behaves inappropriately in the shoots. The shoots may be cancelled if an actor breach of contract or behaves inappropriately on the shoots or when accommodated in my house.

Breaching of contract means, for example, a situation in which the actor refuses to execute a certain task specified in a written agreement. For refusal will be included continuous request for suspension of a certain measure or constant asking for breaks by using excessively the safe word. Breaching of contract is also considered false or misleadingly passed data of actor’s actual measurements that are eventually revealed in the shoots, for example, false information of the length and thickness of actor’s penis.

In past productions, there has occurred very clear misconducts, where the actor has aborted the shoots immediately after the first ejaculation. For prevent similar happening again and when the recorded ejaculations are less than the minimum required for the production, the following conditions will apply:

If you abort the shoots before the first ejaculation or immediately after it,

a. you will be liable to pay up a fixed fee for used time of the shoots.

b. you will be charged a fixed compensation for your personal copy of the video that may be later published and released.*

Mentioned compensation obligations are not liable if

a. the shoots are aborted because you cannot get an erection.

b. after your first ejaculation you will get a new erection, but you cannot ejaculate for the second time after of continuous stimulation of 20 minutes.

c. you will abort the shoots because you cannot deliver an extra ejaculation.

If the shoots are cancelled because of breach of contract or inappropriate behavior, you will be liable for

a. pay up a fixed daily fee for used time of the shoots.

b. cover the served meals with fixed fee by the day of the cancellation and days you stay in following the cancellation date.

c. pay up fixed daily fee for accommodation, when you have been accommodated in the premises before the cancelled shoots.

d. you will be charged a fixed compensation for your personal copy of the video that may be later published and released.*

The compensation for breaching of contract is obligated by daily bases and if your shoots are spread on two or more days, and the cancellation or aborting of the shoots or breaching of contract occurs on the second day, or later, there are no liability for you to cover up the previous day’s shoots, accommodation and meals. You will be charged accommodation expenses from the night prior the cancellation or aborting of the shoots and meals from the date of the cancellation.

If your shoots are cancelled or aborted because of inappropriate behavior or breaching of contract, it is highly unlikely that the accommodation could continue in my house anymore after that. In very blunt cases, if you have used for the traveling a public transport, and you have been picked up e.g. from train or bus stop, you may be returned there immediately after the aborting or cancellation of the shoots. After that continuation of your travels is entirely your own business and you will be on your own devices.

If, however, your shoots will stop for your request, usually then there are no problem for continue your accommodation until the original departure date. However, in this case you will be charged the accommodation from the on the preceding night before the abortion of the shoots until the date of your departure, as well as all the meals served for you.

*Footage containing less than the minimum amount of ejaculations usually will be used only for promotional purposes e.g. Trailers, and therefore there are no the obligation for the royalties.

If I will use the material e.g. compilations, on its release you will be obligated for royalties. It that case you will get at least the footage of your own part for your personal use for mentioned compensation.

Unedited footage, which I will not publish, I will not pass to you for your own private use.

Please notice that it is also possible that the unusable material that does not include required ejaculations will not be used at all, and it will be deleted as unnecessary.

All the above conditions, mentioned compensation and their amounts and how they will possibly be forced on, will be always written down in the contract.
