How to Apply for a Role with MTL Photography Productions

**Registering for Filming (as a Performer)**

1. All performer registrations and applications to MTL Photography productions must be done via email.

2. If necessary, an interview can be arranged either in person or via Skype, FaceTime, Telegram, Viber, or Messenger video call. Interviews are only possible after the performer's basic information has been received via email.

3. Video casting interviews for longer contracts are usually arranged right after the audition shoot.

4. Personal introductions of jobs are not organized via email, phone, or in meetings.

5. I only consider email contact as a valid performer registration if it includes age, height, weight, penis size, place of residence, and a username/site or application as a reference. Messages or pictures exchanged in different applications or websites are not accepted as registration for filming.

6. If your contact is acceptable, you will receive basic information and application instructions in the return mail. After receiving the information email, you have 8 weeks to apply for a post as a performer in productions.

7. If you did not receive a response to your contact, it may be due to the following reasons:

   - Your message did not contain all the required information.

   - You have been in contact before and failed to respond to a previous email.

   - You have been approved as a performer but have not booked or canceled your shooting time without rebooking, or you have not responded to my messages.

**Application to Be a Performer in Productions**

1. Carefully read the minimum conditions for organizing the filming. If you can accept them, you are eligible to apply as a performer for the shoots, provided that you also send an acceptable application. If you cannot accept the stated minimum conditions, please do not apply.

2. Review all open productions. If you find a suitable production in which you could perform, ensure that you meet the requirements set for a performer in that production.

3. To apply for a role in a specific production, follow the instructions at the end of the production presentation. Ensure your email contains all the necessary information and attach the required pictures, or alternatively, provide links to your online profiles. (Ensure that your online profile contains pictures similar to those required for the application). Incomplete applications are usually rejected, although in some cases I may request additional information.

4. If you want to apply (open application) for several productions at once, email your basic information (age, height, weight, penis size, place of residence), a recent standing photo, and two pictures of your penis erect (one with a two-euro coin on top of the penis and another showing the angle of the erection). A photo of your face should be attached if you will perform with your face visible. You can pre-select the masks for covering your identity and specify all the performance options and publication permissions you accept. If the open application is acceptable in terms of basic information and images, I will separately ask about performance options, identity masking, and publication permissions in future emails.

5. If you don't have any photos to attach but still want to apply for productions, you can book a personal meeting for an interview or a video interview via Skype, FaceTime, Telegram, Viber, or Messenger. Include all the requested information in your email, request to arrange an interview, and provide your phone number. Mention whether it is a personal visit or a video interview, and in the latter case, name the application you can use for the interview.

6. If you need more information, you can request it by email at ammattikuvaaja(a)gmail.com (replace "(a)" with "@"). Clearly state your request for additional information and specify which production it concerns, if applicable.

**NOTE:** If the pictures or links you provide raise suspicions that they do not represent you or the linked profile is not yours, you may be asked to send more pictures according to specific instructions or participate in a video call. If you are unable to send additional photos or prove the photos represent you, your application will be rejected and future contacts ignored.

If you have been in contact before and received information about a previous production but did not respond, you will not receive new information unless you properly justify your previous silence.

If you previously applied for a production and were accepted but then communication broke off, you will no longer be accepted as a performer in MTL Photography's productions.

**After Receiving Your Application**

1. If your application is acceptable for the named production, you will receive an email with a summary of the agreed matters, which you should review and correct if necessary. Your application is usually valid for 4 weeks from receipt, and the email will mention the expiry date.

2. If you apply for several productions with one application, you will receive an acknowledgment of the approved application. I will contact you again within 4 weeks to determine which productions and schedules are suitable for filming you.

3. If only a few pieces of information are missing from your application, you may receive a supplementary request, which you usually have 4 weeks to respond to. Incomplete applications may remain unprocessed.

4. A personal interview will be arranged within 4 weeks of receiving an acceptable application.

5. Before your visit, you are required to reveal your name via SMS, and in return, you will receive the visiting address. During your visit, before the interview, you must prove your identity with a valid ID.

6. If you are unable to arrange your interview visit within 4 weeks or do not respond to the SMS, your application will be canceled without notification and you will no longer be accepted as a performer.

7. If you are unable to prove your identity on the day of the interview or the name provided via SMS does not match the name on the ID, the interview will be canceled and you will no longer be accepted as a performer.

8. Video interviews are organized within 2 weeks of receiving an acceptable application. During the video interview, you must present a valid ID. If you cannot, the interview will not continue and you will no longer be accepted as a performer.
